## About the house

The apartment is on the first floor without a lift, in a residential area with Mediterranean greenery near the town's main road and everyday services. A small entrance hallway leads to an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV. The living area opens onto a spacious terrace furnished for outdoor use.

One bedroom has a queen-size double bed and the other has two single beds. There is one bathroom with a shower. Equipment includes air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and oven.

The shared swimming pool opens from 22 June to 30 September, from 09:00 to 20:00. A swimming cap may be required. Budoni's town centre and coastal white-sand beaches are a few minutes away on foot or by car. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 36 km away.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount depends on local regulations, with booking-specific information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
