The resort pool is exclusive to villa owners and guests. The property is located steps from the resort infinity pool and heated spa.

The resort’s barefoot beach is steps from the villa, and the pool and beachfront are reached by an effortless walk. Grand Old House Cayman is a 3-minute walk away. Seven Mile Beach and Camana Bay are about a 10-minute drive. A rental car is recommended; taxis are available, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.

A 5-night minimum stay is required year-round; 6 nights are required over Thanksgiving week and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year’s weeks. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. No smoking and no pets are permitted. The resort beach is public to the high-water mark, and caution is advised when swimming outside the protected cove.

## Is housekeeping included for longer stays?
Stays of 7 days or longer receive complimentary mid-week light housekeeping.

## Are kayaks and paddleboards available?
Two communal tandem kayaks and two communal SeaView Boards are available during the stay. Additional water toys are available for hire at discounted rates, with a signed waiver required.

## Is the beach private?
The resort beach cove is exclusive to Casa Luna owners and guests, while Grand Cayman beaches are technically public up to the high-water mark.
