Before you book
House rules
No smoking is allowed. No pets are permitted. A five-night minimum stay applies year-round; a six-night minimum applies over Thanksgiving week, and a seven-night minimum applies over Christmas and New Year’s weeks. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. Weddings or events with invited guests not on the contract require written approval. A cleaning fee is required for all stays, and a refundable damage deposit is required.
Getting there
The resort’s barefoot beach cove is steps from the villa and is available to owners and guests. Seven Mile Beach, Coral Beach, and Spotts Beach are an 11-minute drive; Smith’s Barcadere is a two-minute drive south. Owen Roberts Airport is an 11-minute drive, 3.4 miles away. A rental car is recommended, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. The villa is in a gated residential resort with 24-hour on-site security.
