The resort has a barefoot sandy beach cove steps from the villa, with pool and beach access described as an effortless walk. Seven Mile Beach is a 10-minute drive; Camana Bay is a 10-minute drive in one property description and a 13-minute drive in the map notes. A rental car is recommended; taxis are available, and Uber and Lyft are not available on the island. The property is in a gated residential resort with secure covered parking. Swimming outside the protected cove requires caution because of tides and currents.

A minimum stay of 5 nights is required year-round, with 6 nights required over Thanksgiving week and 7 nights required over Christmas and New Year's weeks. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. Smoking is not allowed inside, outside on the veranda, or poolside. Christmas and New Year's dates are split into two rental periods.
