## About the house

The villa has a tree-lined garden and a large patio with armchairs, sun loungers, a coffee table and an outdoor dining area. A large French window opens into an open-plan living area with a stone wall, an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, ottoman, TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave and moka coffee maker.

There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, storage and access to the main patio. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, storage and access to a second patio at the back. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, desk, closet and access to the back patio. Three bathrooms complete the interior layout: two with showers and one with a bathtub.

An additional outdoor area has a Balinese shower with hot and cold water, a long dining table and a fireplace. There is also a service bathroom with a washing machine and an outdoor toilet. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are provided. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is an 8-minute drive away.
