The maximum occupancy is 10. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire stay. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the premises. Keep the entrance gates shut at all times because of the unsupervised pool. Bring supplies for the backyard BBQ grill, extinguish all flames and coals after use, and follow any county burn ban. The outdoor shower is unavailable in winter because of winterization.
