## About the house

Casa Lola occupies the first and top floor and has local furnishings, design details and exposed ceiling beams. The living room contains a dining table, sofa and television, with a separate kitchen. A large French window opens onto a terrace furnished with sofas and armchairs, an outdoor kitchenette, barbecue and dining table.

The first bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom and balcony. The second has two single beds, and the third has a French bed. A second bathroom has a shower. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, oven and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also provided, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The swimming pool operates seasonally from 15 June to 15 September with restricted opening hours. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 15 minutes away by car.

Open from 15 June to 15 September. Through 31 August, opening hours are 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00, closed on Mondays. In September, afternoon opening only, 15:00–18:00.

The apartment is on the first and top floor. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 15 minutes away by car.

Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; the start time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
