The 2,687-square-foot home accommodates up to eight guests and has three bathrooms. Its open-plan living space includes a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar with stools. A spiral staircase leads to a loft for reading or working, and a separate game room has a billiard table.

A private balcony provides seating and a fire pit. The covered deck has a propane barbecue grill, outdoor dining space and a smart TV. Other facilities include central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, an exercise bike, an electric vehicle charger, a garden and a terrace.

Shared facilities at The Reserve include pickleball courts, a fishing pond, and access to a lake dock and marina. All pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. The home is close to Lake Travis activities, hiking trails and Hill Country dining; longer stays are also welcome.

Maximum occupancy is eight guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Up to two pets are permitted for an additional fee; clean up after them. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Return pickleball paddles and balls after use; fees may apply.
