The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Casa Leonarda is less than 1 km from the centre of Belveglio. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Shops and services are available in Mombercelli, 4 km away, and Nizza Monferrato, 12 km away. The property is 12 km from Nizza Monferrato and 21 km from Asti.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of an animal.
