Casa Leonarda is a restored 18th-century farmhouse arranged over two floors, with three double bedrooms, a kitchen, an open-plan living area, a first-floor loggia, a portico, a poolside gazebo, a private chapel and gently sloping lawns. The house has an internal staircase and lift. The property is designed with attention to accessibility and ease of use, but is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

The property is less than 1 km from the centre of Belveglio. Nizza Monferrato is 12 km away and Asti is 21 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance, and parking is available within the property.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa must be provided by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning when an animal stays.
