The house

The home accommodates six guests in three double bedrooms with three queen-size beds. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower enclosure are on the ground floor; the upper floor has the third bedroom and another bathroom with a shower enclosure. The upper floor also contains a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa and a dining table with stools. A large terrace provides space for outdoor meals, and the home has a garden.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and freezer.

The home is a few kilometres from central Olbia and the beaches of Pittulongu, Bados and Nodu Pianu. It stands at the foot of Monte Colbu, where the Nuraghe Riu Mulinu archaeological site can be reached on foot or by mountain bike. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 9 km away by car.
