The villa is 20 metres from Platges de Muro beach in a residential area with nearby neighbours. Its garden surrounds a private saltwater pool measuring 7 × 3 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.70 metres. Three furnished porches provide seating and dining areas, with a barbecue, outdoor shower and bathroom by the pool.

The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, Smart TV and satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, and a guest toilet. Upstairs are a second living room and five bedrooms: three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom.
