House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Activities causing excessive noise or disturbing neighbours are prohibited. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
Getting there
The house is arranged over two floors. Cala Marçal beach is 1.4 km away. Exterior parking accommodates one car. There is no private beach access.
