The 130 m² house occupies two floors. The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds; the first floor has one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed and a pull-out bed. Two bathrooms serve the whole house: a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available.

The combined living, kitchen and dining area includes two sofas, a small table, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The fully equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for one car are free. Air conditioning is not available.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 4.8 × 4.7 metres and 1.4 metres deep, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, two fully private porches and a terrace. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.

Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
