House rules
The property is non-smoking. Children under 5 may use an extra baby bed for €10 per night, available only in the Comfort room and Apartment. Older children stay in single or double beds and must be booked as adults. A refundable deposit of €95, or €190 for the apartment, is due on arrival and is refunded at checkout if no damage has been caused. Laundry service is €8 per cycle; request at least 24 hours in advance. Electric bicycle rental requires reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00; check-out is between 08:00 and 12:00. The municipality charges tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night for up to 3 nights (maximum €4.50 per person); it is payable in cash on arrival or in advance. Card payments are subject to a 10% transaction fee.
Getting there
Free public parking is a 5-minute walk away. The closest airport, Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi, is 20 km away. The town is served by public transport.
