The guest apartment offers the orange Italian room, green Dutch room and blue Nautical room. Comfort-room guests have private use of the spacious Italian bathroom; Economy-room guests may share the bathroom with guests from other rooms. The apartment has three rooms and accommodates 3–6 guests. A shady courtyard with garden table and chairs is for common use. Breakfast is available in the courtyard from 08:00 to 11:00. Free bicycles, courses, excursions, a music studio and an arts atelier are offered.

The property is non-smoking. Children under 5 may use an extra baby bed for €10 per night, available only in the Comfort room and Apartment. Older children stay in single or double beds and must be booked as adults. A refundable deposit of €95, or €190 for the apartment, is due on arrival and is refunded at checkout if no damage has been caused. Laundry service is €8 per cycle; request at least 24 hours in advance. Electric bicycle rental requires reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00; check-out is between 08:00 and 12:00. The municipality charges tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night for up to 3 nights (maximum €4.50 per person); it is payable in cash on arrival or in advance. Card payments are subject to a 10% transaction fee.
