The property is in Ranchetto, 14 km from Castiglion Fiorentino. The access roads include 6 km of unpaved road with some steep sections and sharp bends, and a very steep descent to the property gate. The route is not suitable for low or sports cars. There is a 6 km white road from Palazzo del Pero. Santa Cristina is 8 km away via an unpaved road. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 140 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. The property is fenced with 1.70-metre-high wire mesh. Pets are allowed. The swimming pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
