House rules
No pets or parties. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building's common areas. Only guests included in the reservation may enter. Quiet hours are 22:00–10:00. A noise sensor is installed; exceeding 75 dB or tampering with it results in immediate cancellation without a refund. Online registration is mandatory for guests aged 14 and older under Order INT/321/2021; access is denied if registration is not completed. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time. Leave dishes clean and remove rubbish from the building before departure. Free cancellation is available up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
A 4x4 off-road vehicle is essential to reach and park at the doorstep. Alternatively, park a standard car about 400 metres away and walk five minutes through the village. Natural pools and a fishing pier are steps away.
