The villa is near Monteverdi Marittimo, 20 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea and 20 km from Castagneto Carducci–Donoratico train station. Access includes 400 metres of unpaved road. Shops and services in Monteverdi Marittimo are 8 km away. The property has three parking spaces.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property and grounds are unfenced.
