Smoking is not allowed in rooms; the terms list a $100 USD fine or $2,000 MXN fine. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Unregistered guests must show identification at the front desk. Guests may request cleaning until 11:00 AM. Coffee and fruit are available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The property is about a three-minute walk from the beach and the center of La Punta.
