The apartment occupies the ground floor of a villa and shares the main entrance with a separate apartment upstairs. It has a living room with two sofas, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with one queen-size bed each, and two bathrooms with showers. Guests have private access to a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a television, fans and a hairdryer are available. Air conditioning is available, but one of the two bedrooms has no air conditioning. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and freezer.
