## About the house

The lodge has six rooms and a Tiny House. Rooms feature larch wood floors, clay walls and Hüsler beds; all rooms have a WC and shower. The lodge offers room categories including large double rooms with a sofa bed, standard double rooms, and double rooms with one or two gallery beds. The Tiny House is a separate retreat built with local moon wood, clay, stone and sheep's wool. It has a gallery double bed, living area with sofa and dining table, kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, and a terrace with mountain views. Electricity and hot water are from renewable energy.

Parking: Yes · Parking directly in front of the lodge is included. Free public parking is available next door if these spaces are occupied. Electric-car charging from an outdoor outlet costs CHF 20; bring your own charging cable.

Kitchen: Yes · The Tiny House kitchen has a refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.

Casa High Life is in Mathon, in the Bündner mountains and Beverin Nature Park. Restaurant Muntsulej is directly opposite the lodge. Hotel Restaurant Capricorns is a few minutes away by car in Wergenstein. Hotel Post Andeer is about 17 minutes away by car.

Check-in is 16:00–19:00; please notify the property in advance if arriving later. Check-out is by 11:00. Late checkout until 14:30 is available for CHF 40. Tiny House stays are bookable from two nights. Dogs are not allowed in the Tiny House. Children staying in a parent's room incur charges: CHF 20 for ages 0–2, CHF 45 for ages 3–7, and CHF 65 for ages 8–17. A one-night short-stay surcharge is CHF 20 per room. The tourist tax is CHF 2.80 per person per night for guests aged 12 and over. Tiny House / holiday-apartment final cleaning costs CHF 80. From December 26 to January 4, a supplement of CHF 20 per person per night applies, with a three-night minimum stay. For individual bookings, cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival; 13–7 days before arrival, 50% of the booked stay is charged; from six days before arrival or for no-shows, 100% is charged. Late arrival or early departure is charged for the full confirmed stay. Group booking cancellation terms may differ. Breakfast is included with the stay except during special weeks; for the Tiny House it is optional and subject to availability.
