House rules
Pets and smoking are not allowed. Children are welcome. Infants under two do not count toward the guest count. If infants bring the party above the maximum occupancy, enter only adults and children in the booking and message the host about the accompanying infants. A $500 security-deposit pre-authorization is held one day after arrival and voided three days after departure.
Getting there
Caribbean Sea beaches are a 2–3-minute drive away. The Palm Beach district is a 5-minute drive away. Driving from the airport takes 20–30 minutes depending on traffic; the airport is 6 miles away. Driveway parking is limited to two vehicles.
