Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Later check-out is available upon request.
Getting there
The villa is a 5-minute drive on a paved road from downtown Uvita and the beach. Waterfalls, surfing, whale-watching, restaurants, and beaches are within a stated 5–10 minute drive. A 4x4 is not needed.
