The villa has living and dining areas, a separate studio with a large LCD TV, and a terrace dining table seating eight. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom is upstairs and has a private terrace; a separate powder room serves the shared living areas.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, poolside Jacuzzi, gazebo with a bar, sun deck, outdoor seating, garden views, speaker system, trampoline and swing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and utensils; an outdoor grill is also available. Kitchen basics, cleaning supplies, paper products and laundry detergent are provided.

A housekeeper/cook and gardener are included. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite or cable TV, a safe, washer and dryer, hair dryer, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and free parking. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A 10-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. Booking is based on double occupancy per bedroom. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Resort registration is required before arrival. Registration fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival: $25 per adult per day, $12 per child ages 4–12 per day, and complimentary access for children under 4. Registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center.
