The gated property offers 7,500 square feet of living space split between a main house and a guest house, connected by a large outdoor living area with two separate infinity pools. The main house has two bedrooms, and the guest house has two more — all four are king-suite bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, A/C, ceiling fans, and ocean views. The master suite includes a bathtub alongside its shower. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens are fully equipped; the outdoor kitchen features a large grill and a pizza oven. Every room faces the ocean, and the pools are positioned to take in sunset views over the Pacific. The property also includes a backup generator, satellite TV, and outdoor speakers. Casa Grande del Mar accommodates up to 6 guests. A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the property.
