The house

The apartment occupies the mezzanine floor of a house surrounded by a large furnished garden with an outdoor dining area and deck chairs. The terrace leads into a living area with a sofa, dining table, TV and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the garden; the bathroom has a shower.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The surrounding San Teodoro area includes La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Girgolu and Capo Coda Cavallo, as well as a lagoon known for migratory flamingos and birdwatching. Nature trails in the area offer different levels of hiking difficulty. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is around a 25-minute drive away.

Arrival must be arranged with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur a €20–€40 charge. A tourist tax may be payable before or upon arrival under local regulations.
