The apartment has two separate entrances: a pedestrian entrance on Via Necropoli and an entrance on an adjacent side street leading to a gated driveway for loading and unloading luggage. The private garden is fully fenced and furnished; a ramp or stairs lead from the garden into the apartment.

Inside, the spacious living area has a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs and an open-plan kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a boiler, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is one bright, spacious triple bedroom, and the overall bed inventory comprises one single bed, one queen-size bed and one double sofa bed. The windowed bathroom has a shower and a fully equipped laundry area. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided. The apartment has air conditioning and centralized heating.

A separate apartment under the same ownership is adjacent to Casa Gianna. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about 50 minutes away by car, and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport is about 1 hour 30 minutes away by car.

A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40.
