The outdoor area has a private saltwater pool measuring 6 × 2.5 metres, with a depth of 1.5–1.7 metres, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a barbecue. A furnished porch has a kitchen, and an upper-floor terrace offers views of the surroundings.
The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining room with a Smart TV, air conditioning and a chaise longue, plus a kitchen with an induction cooker. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, and there is a bathroom with a shower on this level.
Upstairs are two further double bedrooms. One has a wardrobe and direct access to the pool; the other has air conditioning, a dressing room and terrace access.
