The outdoor area has a private saltwater pool measuring 6 × 2.5 metres, with a depth of 1.5–1.7 metres, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a barbecue. A furnished porch has a kitchen, and an upper-floor terrace offers views of the surroundings.

The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining room with a Smart TV, air conditioning and a chaise longue, plus a kitchen with an induction cooker.
