House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Smoking indoors may result in an odor-removal and furniture-cleaning fee. The accommodation does not accept groups of young people up to age 28. Check-in is available daily from 16:00 to 19:00; checkout is before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and communicate arrival timing, then notify it of your arrival time upon reaching the destination.
Getting there
A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the villa; a rental car is recommended for exploring the area. On-site parking is advertised for four vehicles. The neighborhood description states 10 minutes to the highway and 15 minutes to sandy beaches, Marino Ballena National Park and natural landmarks without specifying a travel mode for that statement. The separate destination list explicitly gives driving times: Poza Azul Waterfall 5 minutes, Playa Dominicalito 8 minutes, Dominical Beach 17 minutes, Playa Hermosa 18 minutes, Marino Ballena National Park 20 minutes, Uvita 24 minutes, Nauyaca Waterfall Nature Park 28 minutes, Quepos 45 minutes, Manuel Antonio National Park 1 hour, Corcovado National Park 2 hours 30 minutes and San José 3 hours 30 minutes. Direct beach access is not stated.
