The house

The living room has floor-to-ceiling panoramic sea views, Juliet balcony doors, a large corner sofa, additional seating and a TV. The contemporary kitchen has generous worktops, modern appliances, cookware and a breakfast bar beneath a large window. A separate dining room has a large dining table and a feature fireplace.

Two double bedrooms have large windows and en-suite shower rooms; the master bedroom also has a hammock swing. The third bedroom has bunk beds, wooden panelling and soft lighting. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. Bed linens, a bathtub and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Furnished patios at both the front and rear provide outdoor dining and seating space. The beach, harbour, shops, cafés and historic attractions are a short stroll away. The town centre, supermarkets, South Bay seafront and Scarborough railway station are within walking distance. The station offers services to York, Malton and Hull, and local buses connect surrounding areas and coastal destinations.
