Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Exterior parking is limited to one car. The pool, garden and BBQ are shared with two other houses.
