The 100 m² house is arranged on one floor, with three bedrooms containing two single beds each. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The living-dining room has satellite TV, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and microwave. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, and one cot can be supplied. Air conditioning serves the living room and two of the three bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available.

A porch provides outdoor space. The garden, BBQ and chlorine swimming pool are shared by three detached houses on the same grounds. The pool measures 9 × 4 m and ranges from 1 to 1.9 m deep. Pool opening and closing dates follow community regulations and may change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival. Free exterior parking is available for one car.

Cala Esmeralda beach is 500 m away, and the Carrer Espalmador bus stop is 210 m away. Nearby bays include Cala Gran, Cala Ferrera and Cala Llonga.
