The house and annex stand among fields, with a private chlorine pool measuring 14 × 7 metres and depths from 1.10 to 2.70 metres. A fenced garden adjoins the pool. Outdoor facilities include two furnished terraces, a large barbecue area and an outdoor toilet.
The living room has a fireplace, Smart TV and satellite television. The dining area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with gas burners. Ceiling fans serve the living room, kitchen-diner and bedrooms, and Wi-Fi is available.
The main house has four double bedrooms: three on the ground floor beside a shower bathroom and separate WC, and one upstairs with an en-suite shower room. The separate annex has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite shower room.
Felanitx is 3 km away, with the Church of Sant Miquel and a Sunday market selling local products and handicrafts.
