The outdoor areas include an 8 × 4 m chlorine pool with variable depth reaching 2 m, hammocks, umbrellas, gardens with swings, a ping-pong table, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue facilities. A terrace has sea views, the balcony has a barbecue, and there is a covered porch.
The main floor has a living-dining room with Smart TV, chaise lounge, pellet stove and air conditioning. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob and cooking utensils; a microwave is also available. Upstairs is a double bedroom with wardrobe, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom, plus a separate toilet.
