## About the house

The house has three bedrooms, three shower bathrooms and a separate guest WC. The ground floor contains an entrance hall, living and dining areas and an open kitchen. The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, a large television, an iPod dock and a mini hi-fi system. The upper-floor bedroom has a south-facing balcony, and two bathrooms on that floor each have a large shower, washbasin and WC. The attic contains a twin bedroom. The lower ground floor contains a double bedroom, an adjacent shower bathroom and a private sauna with a small relaxation area. Outdoor space includes a south/east-facing garden, a large terrace and a sheltered balcony/loggia. Garden furniture and a beach chair are available approximately April–October. Heating, a fireplace/stove, window privacy screens, three televisions, radio, CD, DVD and Blu-ray players are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, an initial supply of bathroom essentials, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!.

Upper-floor master bedroom · 1 beds · One king-size double bed, approximately 200 × 200 cm, with an open foot end. Television and access to a small sheltered south-facing balcony.

Attic twin bedroom · 2 beds · Two single beds, each approximately 80 × 200 cm, with open foot ends; they can be pushed together to form a double bed.

Lower-ground-floor double bedroom · 1 beds · One double bed, approximately 180 × 200 cm, with an open foot end. Television and fitted wardrobes; a shower bathroom is adjacent.

Kitchen: Yes · Open-plan kitchen adjoining the living area, with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and combination microwave/oven.

Pets allowed: Yes · A maximum of one pet is allowed.

Wi-Fi: Yes · Free Wi-Fi.

Washing machine: Yes · A washer-dryer is provided.

The beach is within comfortable walking distance. Wenningstedt village pond is a few steps away, and Feinkost Meyer and restaurants are nearby. Cycling and walking routes towards Kampen and Westerland start outside the house. Accommodation spans the ground floor, lower ground floor, upper floor and attic.

Smoking is not permitted. Children are welcome. Youth groups are not allowed. A maximum of one pet is allowed.
