Casa Eusebia is a restored farmhouse with rustic wooden-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. It has an open-plan ground-floor kitchen and living room, four double bedrooms, two extra single beds, four bathrooms, terraces and outdoor dining areas. The property is near the border of Umbria and Tuscany.

The pool is about 10 meters from the villa on a lower terrace. It measures 9 x 4 meters, has a constant depth of 1.40 meters, six submerged access steps, underwater lighting and a surrounding solarium with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Città della Pieve is 2 km away, Chiusi train station is 12 km away, the A1 Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit is 12 km away, and Tarquinia on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 113 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. Parking is available for four uncovered cars inside the property.

The property is leased as a private structure. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, consisting of 8 standard places plus 2 extra single beds. Heating from May and October is subject to an additional daily charge.
