It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is near Fiorenzuola di Focara on the Adriatic coast. Fiorenzuola di Focara beach is 2.5 km away, Vallugola beach is 4 km away and Gabicce Mare beach is 7.5 km away. The access includes 50 metres of unpaved road. The Riviera Golf Club of Cattolica is 10 km away. The property is 8 km from Pesaro train station and 5.5 km from the Cattolica exit of the A14 motorway.
