This refreshed home sleeps six guests and has two full bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings and natural light frame a living area with two couches and a TV, plus a separate seating area with four accent chairs. The kitchen has high-end appliances, a Nespresso coffeemaker and an island breakfast bar for five. The indoor dining table seats six.

Sliding glass doors lead to a backyard with chaise lounges, a private heated pool, a sitting spa, an outdoor seating area, a gas grill, a dining table for six and a firepit. The two-car garage doubles as a home gym with weights, a Peloton and yoga mats.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, direct pool access and a private bathroom with a shower. One guest bedroom has a queen bed; the other has a twin bed with a twin trundle. Both guest bedrooms use a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Parking accommodates three vehicles. Art galleries and dining are minutes away, and Joshua Tree National Park is one hour away. Kitchen, laundry and bath starter essentials are provided. Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, plus tax.

Maximum overnight occupancy is six. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. All guests’ full names and vehicle license plate numbers must be supplied before arrival under Palm Springs requirements. Up to two dogs are permitted for an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, plus tax. Bookings within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to complete the reservation. Date-dependent minimum stays range from three to seven nights.
