The 200 m² home has an air-conditioned living room with a chaise longue, satellite TV and access to both porches. The indoor dining table seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, a breakfast table and access to a porch.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. One bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom; a second shower bathroom serves the rest of the house. A cot and high chair are available, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The private saltwater pool measures 5 × 2.5 metres and is 1.40 metres deep. There are sunbeds and a parasol. The garden includes artificial grass and orange, lemon and fig trees. Two furnished porches provide sunny and shaded outdoor areas, with one offering shade throughout the day. Outdoor dining seats eight, and there is a barbecue area. The property boundary is fenced, and there are immediate neighbours.
