House rules
Maximum occupancy is 8. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets, smoking inside the home and on the premises, and unauthorized parties or events without prior written approval are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM; avoid amplified music and loud outdoor noise during those hours. Park in the correct driveway on the left side of the front door. To ignite the gas oven, turn the knob past the click; Lite indicates ignition, not a low setting.
Getting there
The home is in East Austin. Coffee shops, live music venues, and restaurants are nearby; downtown, the University of Texas campus, and the Moody Center are described as minutes away on foot or by rideshare.
