Questions guests ask before booking

Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Is outside food allowed? Are guests allowed to cook themselves?
Guests cannot access the kitchen. Mothers of infants or small children have limited access to boil milk or prepare their children's meals. If guests order in, the caretaker can help with menus from nearby restaurants.
What type of beds are provided?
The bedrooms have king-sized beds.
Is there a security guard or watchman?
The home is located within a gated complex.
