## About the house

The accommodation is offered as one entire stay across a main house and an independent building. The main house has an open-plan living area with a sofa, television and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes crockery, utensils, an air fryer, coffee machine, hob and fridge.

A wooden staircase leads to the main house's mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. The ceiling above the bed is low, and this room is not recommended for very tall guests. The separate building contains a suite with a double bed and private bathroom. There are two bathrooms, both with a toilet and shower; the bathroom summary also includes a jacuzzi. A private outdoor jacuzzi is next to the annex.

The property has a garden, terrace, driveway parking, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a washing machine. Towels, bedlinen and toiletries are provided, along with a hair dryer. Initial supplies include small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. The accommodation is professionally cleaned.

Mosteiros' natural pools and black-sand beach are a few minutes away. Sete Cidades is a short drive away, and central Ponta Delgada is around 40 minutes away by car. Guests have access to the entire accommodation. GuestReady manages the property and provides assistance 24/7.

Small animals and local insects may occasionally be encountered in the natural surroundings. Mosteiros' natural pools and black-sand beach are a few minutes away. Sete Cidades is a short drive away; central Ponta Delgada is around 40 minutes away by car.

Suitable for children. No pets, parties or smoking. Evidence of smoking may incur a fee of at least €200 EUR. Self check-in requires identity verification and completion of an online registration form with guest details and expected arrival time. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use utility policy applies with an included limit of €80. Extra keys cost €20 for an additional set when possible, lost keys or a door-opening service. Extra cleaning costs the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen costs €30 for towels and sheets for two people, with the published condition 'when the sofa bed is not included'.
