The house
What staying here is like
Casa Diamante is an 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom estate spread across over 7,500 square feet in the hills of Manuel Antonio. The property offers ocean views throughout and sits in a walkable neighborhood — restaurants, an ATM, a supermarket, and bus and taxi services are all nearby, with Manuel Antonio Beach a brisk 15-minute walk away. The home is designed for large groups, with each bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The layout includes generous gathering spaces both indoors and out, with an upper-level apartment area offering ocean and pool views, and a pool-level area with its own full kitchen and bar. The private pool sits in a partly shaded setting, and the outdoor spaces take full advantage of the hilltop location. The home is fully equipped for cooking with a gas grill, modern kitchen appliances, and ample dinnerware for the whole group. A dedicated concierge greets you on arrival and stays available throughout your stay to coordinate tours, transfers, private chef services, and any maintenance needs. The villa accommodates up to 18 guests, making it well suited for family vacations, group trips, and retreats.
