The recently renovated apartment occupies the second floor of an ancient building. Its minimalist interiors retain original stone walls, with open spaces arranged over two levels. The living area has a sofa, dining table, desk and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave and refrigerator.
The first level has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The upper level has a second double bedroom, a service bathroom and an open shower. The two beds are queen-size. A terrace accessed from the mezzanine is furnished with a table and chairs and overlooks the Spasimo walls.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer are available. Palermo Central Station is 1 km away, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is about 40 minutes away by car.
