The apartment has a furnished terrace with a dining table overlooking the town's rooftops. The living area contains a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, while the separate bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

Capo Testa, with Rena di Levante and Rena di Ponente beaches and Cala Grande–Valley of the Moon, is a few minutes' drive away. Local cultural sites include Lu Brandali, Sa Testa and the Tower of Longosardo.

The apartment is reachable from Olbia's port and airport in 1 hour and 10 minutes by car; the journey from Porto Torres takes 1 hour and 36 minutes. A tourist tax may be payable before or upon arrival, depending on local regulations.

Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Checkout is no later than 10:00. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
