## About the house

Designed by Gianfranco Fini, Casa Della Luna sits in a private gated cul-de-sac community with surrounding vegetation, gardens and golf-course-facing terraces. A driveway and two side patios lead into the arrival gallery. The living and formal dining areas feature locally made furnishings commissioned for the residence. A library, TV media room and custom home theater provide separate indoor spaces, with Lutron lighting, centralized sound, satellite or cable TV and Wi-Fi.

The chef's kitchen has stainless steel commercial appliances. Kitchen supplies include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a dish scrubber, paper towels and trash bags. A BBQ, washer, dryer, safe, hair dryer, shampoo, hot water and a bathtub are also available. Staff are included.

The private pool and jacuzzi are accompanied by a gazebo, generous decking and a lanai or balcony. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet and an outdoor shower. A separate powder room serves the shared living spaces.

Separate resort registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, Casa de Campo Spa, fitness center and golf courses, with advance tee times required. Registered guests also have access to towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach, and services at Central Romana Medical Center.

The villa is within a private gated community overlooking the 9th hole of La Romana Country Club. Access to Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges and the main hotel pool requires separate resort registration. Golf requires advance tee times.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. An 18% service fee and separate Casa de Campo resort fees apply. Resort registration is required before arrival and is paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day, $12 per child ages 4–12 per day, and complimentary for children under four. Registration requires guest names and passport numbers; registered guests receive a Casa de Campo ID card for their approved stay dates.
