The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator and is arranged over two internal levels. The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed, dresser and wardrobe. Two bathrooms with showers are also on this level; one is en suite.
Internal stairs lead to the upper-level living area, with a sofa, armchairs, television and open kitchen. The living area opens onto a sea-view terrace suitable for outdoor lunches and dinners. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, freezer and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available.
The main attractions of Porto Rotondo are a short walk away. The village has a marina, alleys leading to Piazzetta San Marco, restaurants and shops.
