Casa dell'Erica is in the residential seaside district of Pittulongu, a few minutes from central Olbia and its port. Pittulongu Beach and Lo Squalo are reachable on foot or within a few minutes by car. Nearby amenities include bars, seafood restaurants with sea views and essential services.

The living area has a sofa, TV and dining table, alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. It opens onto a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views. The sleeping area contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds. There is one bathroom with a shower. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave. Air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

The shared swimming pool opens seasonally from 15 June to 15 September and closes on Mondays. Until 31 August, opening hours are 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00; from 1 to 15 September, it opens only from 15:00–18:00. A swimming cap may be required.

Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 11 km away by car. The building has no lift.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information if travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies with local regulations.
